Requirements for the Extension Process For All Levels:
- The individual will request and complete the required application by the state deadlines
- The credential review panel will review the application and accept/or deny the application
- Appeals will follow the appeal process
- ONE (1) extension will be granted per the recertification deadline.
- Application for extension must be requested before the recertification deadline
- One year is granted for an extension
- All recertification requirements must be completed by the end of the extension deadline
